You need to scroll down to the bottom of the signup page.
Put your first name or initial in the box beside name.
In the message box below that, put how many or who you are going with.
Unfortunately, you have to copy the letters into the code box, but if you can't read them, keep clicking the green refresh sign until you get an easy one.
Lastly, click add comment to enter it.
